Established in 1996, TV3 is the television arm of Radio and Television 3, a joint venture between KCS Cambodia Co Ltd and Phnom Penh Municipality. It is now broadcast via satellite to Battambang Province (channel 12), Siem Reap Province (channel 12), Sihanoukville Municipality (channel 12) and Kompong Cham Province (channel 10).
